## Caption

Mental health is rarely simple, and improving it often means addressing more than one thing.

There’s no one-size-fits-all, no quick fixes, but this is my journey right now as I learn more about my OCD and the ways I can help myself.

Getting support isn’t always easy, but I’d hate for anyone to hold back because of shame. That’s what #PostYourPill is all about: removing the stigma and showing that none of us are alone.
