Steady hands 🎥

Steady hands matter when you’re tracking the ball.
Shooting from the stands makes it easier to keep things smooth compared to the baseline, where reactions are faster and angles change constantly.

When I’m shooting handheld, it’s not about flicking your wrist.
I’m rotating my entire upper body as one controlled movement — shoulders, torso, and camera working together.
Wrist movement creates shake. Full-body rotation keeps the shot clean and fluid.

Save this for your next game — and follow for more behind-the-scenes looks at shooting sports.
