Pollo Guidado🐓A very non-aesthetic in real-time recipe bc the truth is that cooking dinner for content at 1pm when my kids aren’t here so tha this would be more “aesthetically” pleasing is sometimes unrealistic. 

You guys had been asking for this recipe for a while so here it is. I got it from Lex and PJ on TikTok - pls don’t come for me if this is not how you make it, or telling me I did it wrong, lol it’s absolutely delicious. And everyone makes their foods differently. 

Ingredients:

- carrots
- onions
- garlic
- green pepper- supposed to be cubanelle but I didn’t have any, still delicious
- soy sauce
- white vinegar 
- ground pepper 
- oregano 
- chicken bouillon powder 
- sazón Goya
- olive or avocado oil 
- brown sugar 

Serve over white rice. I love jasmine rice so that’s how we eat it. Let me know what you guys think 🤗🍲🍽️
