This week highlights Eating Disorder Prevalence around the UK and globally, and promotes understanding and provides support to individuals. Anyone can be affected, but studies show athletes are ‘uniquely vulnerable’ due to the relationship between athletic performance and nutritional intake and training schedule. 

Above are some tips and support services available💜 We stand with anyone struggling and want to provide help for any individuals who seek it :)
