It’s the perfect time to reintroduce the friendsoffocofondo Leadership Program, which is entering its 4th year already. We truly believe that good things build through consistency and this is that case in point.

Our local leaders who represent BIPOC, gender expansive, para and women athletes work (and are compensated) to create a welcoming and uplifting environment for these underrepresented athletes. They guide the FFF board with their leadership, recommendations, and requests with micro growth in these programs each year to keep things sustainable. We don’t want this program to be a flash-in-the-pan and disappear like so many before it. We want it to be steady, reliable, and in line with the FFF mission.

Watching representation grow is so cool and so is the influence and leadership in the space. We couldn’t be more inspired by this team, who all also work within their communities outside of this. Intros coming!!
