Iced Ube Latte

Serves: 1

📝 Ingredients

Vietnamese Coffee
▢ 1/2 cup Vietnamese coffee (or 2 shots of espresso)
▢ 2 tablespoons condensed milk
▢ 1/4 cup of preferred milk choice
▢ Ice

Ube Cold Foam
▢ 2 tablespoons heavy cream
▢ 2 tablespoons coconut milk or milk of choice
▢ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
▢ 1/8 teaspoon ube extract

☕️ Instructions

1. In a serving glass, add freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee, condensed milk, and milk. Mix until combined. Set aside and let chill.

2. In a measuring cup with a spout, add heavy cream, coconut milk, and ube extract. Froth the ube cold foam with a handheld milk frother until it reaches a softly whipped consistency.

1. Pour the coffee over ice, and top with ube cold foam. Mix & enjoy!
