This was in 2023 and in this video I was about 282lbs. 😂😂 How in the world was I pushing 300? That’s crazy! Regardless I still was doing my reviews but I knew something had to change. Currently I’m at 230. I did gain about 27lbs in the last 3 months but I’m tryna get back on my fasting, intermittent fasting, walking and staying away from meat and dairy as much as possible. It’s tough! But once I get back in the groove it’s all good from there!
