✨ Instead of New Year’s resolutions, I’m all about simple SWAPS. ✨

The kind of swaps that actually stick and slowly turn into a lifestyle — not pressure, not perfection.
Here are a few of my 2026 simple swaps I’m loving so far 👇

🌱 Not cutting foods out → just adding one plant-forward meal a day
📚 Less binge-watching at night → more book reading (even a few pages counts!)
🍬 Swapping sugary desserts → for my fave wileywallaby …loving the two gluten-free, low-sugar licorice flavors they have in Very Berry  and Watermelon 🍉 
🏃‍♀️ No all-or-nothing workouts → adding in mini workouts + movement sprinkled throughout the day
💛 More grace → habits that feel doable on busy mom days

2026 isn’t about a total overhaul — it’s about creating easy, sustainable habits that fit real life. Simple swaps. Real balance. A lifestyle that lasts. ✨
