A lot of people ask the same questions when the CrossFit Open comes around....

Am I fit enough? Is this really for me? What if I am not where I used to be?

The Open is built for all of that. It is not about being the best in the room, it's about showing up, testing where you are right now, and doing it alongside a community that supports you. Every workout includes options, so you can choose what makes sense for your experience and your body. If you come to class, practice the movements, and focus on moving well, you are ready 👏 

At Paradiso, the Open becomes a shared experience, where we complete the workouts in class and come together each week for Friday Night Lights, creating accountability, energy, and a clear goal to train toward.
