Auburn stunned No. 16 Florida with a 76–67 win in Gainesville, earning its first victory there since 1996 by building a commanding first-half lead and holding off a late rally.

Keyshawn Hall set the tone early, scoring 22 of his 24 points in a dominant first half as Auburn ripped off 7–0, 8–0 and 12–0 runs. The Tigers controlled the paint, limited Florida’s interior production, and carried a 15-point advantage into halftime, giving themselves a cushion against the defending national champions.

Florida responded after the break, tightening the game and tying it twice in the second half. With momentum shifting, Tahaad Pettiford delivered a key driving layup with just over four minutes remaining to restore Auburn’s lead at 62–56. The Tigers stayed composed down the stretch, making enough plays on both ends to close out the upset.

Hall finished with a game-high 24 points along with seven rebounds and four assists, while KeShawn Murphy added 16 points and nine boards. Pettiford chipped in 11 points as Auburn secured its third straight win. Thomas Haugh led Florida with 27 points and 10 rebounds, but the Gators saw multiple streaks snapped as Auburn completed the historic road victory.
