#TerrierTuesdays: Meet Kenna LaFitte (comatbu ’26). Coming from California, BU and Boston were a brand-new environment for Kenna. Adjusting to a new city and culture was a challenge, but she quickly found her community through campus involvement. She is currently majoring in advertising with a minor in Film & TV. At BU, Kenna is a Social Media Intern with BU’s PR | Social team, helping create content and manage Boston University’s social presence. She loves connecting with others and stays involved across campus. She’s a member of a sorority, co-hosts a radio show on WTBU, and serves as Public Relations Director for Off the Cuff magazine. Outside of campus, you can find Kenna trying new coffee shops or heading to a spin class. She has interned in New York and London, working at advertising agencies in social media, PR, and strategy departments, working on major clients like Samsung, Adidas, Coca-Cola, and Chevron to name a few. One day, she hopes to work at an advertising agency focusing on brand strategy. When asked what advice she has for her fellow Terriers, Kenna said, “Get involved in student orgs!
