You don't have to do private lessons to work one on one with a trainer. All of our programs focus on good form and proper technique, and that goes for group training as well. ⁣

Every group session includes 2 rounds of work on the focus pads with a trainer.  Throw in bag work, boxing drills, interesting exercises and every now and again run outside to have a tug of war on the sidewalk to both entertain tourists from all over but also send a message to the rest of the world - New York is not a spectator sport. Grab an end and pull.⁣👊
