Thanks everybody who made May 10, 2004 possible and May 10, 2024 incredible. What started off as a gym became an institution, and 20 years, six locations and thousands of institutionalized members later, here we are. What's most important are the lives we have changed, the relationships we have formed and the stories that we have lived to tell. Now I will tell them - the good, the bad and the ugly, the lessons I have learned about life, death and redemption. 2024 may be the craziest year any of you have ever experienced. Not me though. Try owning two boxing gyms 3000 miles apart. I got a PhD in crazy. Here's everything you will need to know about being famous on your block, a hero in your own hometown and a local Legend everywhere you go.⁣
