ANIMAL CRUELTY:  Ronald Weldon, 49, was arrested for pinning his 4-year-old German Shepherd “Bennie” onto the ground and punching him several times.
 
The incident happened in April, but he was just arrested last Thursday. Weldon is set to be arraigned on one misdemeanor count of animal cruelty when he faces a judge on Feb. 6.
