As EsDeeKid’s rise continues, Rico Ace has quietly built a massive audience of his own, already sitting around 15M monthly listeners. You’ve probably seen his name all over EsDee’s Rebel album, where he appears on four tracks including “Phantom,” “LV Sandals,” “Mist,” and “Cali Man.” If EsDee feels mysterious, Rico is even more lowkey. No interviews, minimal releases, and almost everything known about him has come from DSPs, tweets, and fan threads.

What we do know: Rico appears to have started dropping music in 2024, is believed to be from Manchester, and is close in age to EsDee and fakemink. The two are tight, constantly performing together, touring together, and openly calling each other family. Sonically, Rico’s latest track “Malibu” sharpens his identity, pairing sharp UK-influenced flows with trap-heavy production, and he seems to be gearing up for a full project teased under the name “BLACKJACK.”
