It’s shoots like our recent JLo coverage when I see some of the biggest contrast from freelance to in-house: when you work for yourself, you do everything yourself: coordination, creative direction, execution, timelines, approvals, pre, during, post… all of it.

This was just the beginning of understanding what it feels to create with a team. Clear roles, shared ownership, and a lot of talented people working toward the same goal 🤳🎥

It lets me focus on what I do best- in this case, street interviews!- knowing the work is supported from every angle.
