These yummy chocolate football Whoopie Pies are perfect for the day. They take less than an hour, and if you show up with these at your Super Bowl party, you’re sure to be the MVP.

Ingredients:
3 cups All Purpose Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 cup Chef Master Extra Dark Chocolate
Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 cups Granulated Sugar
3 large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
11/2 Cup Milk
11/2 Cup Hot Water
1/2 cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
