As researchers sift through more than 3 million newly released Epstein-related documents, new information has come to light involving the names of billionaire tech giants #ElonMusk and #BillGates.

The documents include allegations made by Epstein that he helped obtain antibiotics for Gates to discreetly give to his then-wife, #MelindaGates, following an STD he claimed resulted from “consequences of sex with Russian girls.” A spokesperson for the Gates Foundation has denied these claims, calling them “absolutely absurd and completely false.”

New documents also show an alleged conversation between Elon Musk and Epstein about a trip to the island. It’s worth noting that Musk said in September 2025 on X that Epstein tried to get him to go to the island, but claimed he refused.

As we reported last year during the initial release of the files, the Justice Department has described some of the claims made in the files as “untrue and sensationalist.” Again, being mentioned in the Epstein files does not guarantee wrongdoing.
