Early Friday, it was announced that #DonLemon was arrested by federal agents. Attorney General Pam Bondi, shortly after, took to X to share that it was in connection with the protest at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, earlier this month.

In addition to Don being taken into custody, Bondi shared that #TrahernJeenCrews, #GeorgiaFort, and #JamaelLydellLundy were also arrested by agents.

Journalist Georgia Fort went live to document the moment agents arrived at her home to take her into custody. She said, “This is all stemming from the fact that I filmed a protest as a member of the media. We are supposed to have our constitutional right, the freedom to film, to be a member of the press. I don’t feel like I have my First Amendment right as a member of the press.”
