Giardiniera Salsa Con Queso 🔥🧀

This quick, easy, and cheesy dip gets elevated with the addition of my Tripping Billy × carusoprovisions giardiniera salsa. 

The perfect complement to your chicagobears packers spread 🐻🧀

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup hot giardiniera salsa
1/2 cup (4 oz) each of shredded monterey jack, sharp white cheddar, and yellow cheddar
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp AP flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp giardiniera 
Fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Melt butter over medium heat in a sauce pan.  Whisk in flour to form a roux.  Cook the roux for about a minute and slowly incorporate milk a little a bit at a time until smooth, and the bechemel thickens and coats the back of a spoon.  Lower the heat and slow stir in the cheese until completely incorporated.  Add 1 cup of giardiniera salsa, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
