Chicago Squares Special Edition: The Big Johnson 🌭

The Bears just put the league on notice with the win over the Eagles. Earlier this season, the iconic wienerscircle tweeted that if Ben Johnson took his shirt off after a win, they will giveaway free hot dogs to the city.  Well Friday night, it happened. 

In honor of the free hot dogs, I made a Chicago dog pizza in honor of the man himself. The pizza starts out with a poppy seeded dough that gets topped shredded mozzarella and sliced vienna beef hot dogs. 

After a quick bake, we drag this baby through the garden with diced onion, tomato, neon green relish, sliced pickles, diced sport peppers, and finished with celery salt. 

It's Chicago through and though. This chicagobears season is special. Ben Johnson is special. For the first time in three years of this series both the pizza and teams are good!

Let's enjoy the hot dogs Tuesday and enjoy the ride!
