The Irish Philly 🇮🇪🍀

A little throwback to the sandwich that helped me win "The Ultimate St. Paddy's Sandwich Contest" hosted by @viennabeef & @turanobread and eventually went onto to be a  2X sold-out collaboration with @tempestamarket .

Essentially a corned beef cheesesteak, It starts with griddled and chopped corned beef, onions,  @kerrygoldusa Irish Cheddar @guinnessus cheese whiz, and sauerkraut.
