So get this! A study on preschoolers found that after just 10 weeks in nature, their gut microbiota changed, especially an increase in Roseburia, which is a microbe that generates compounds called short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). Plus the the kids serotonin levels went up and their stress (especially anger) went down!🤯

So if you needed another excuse to get outside, here it is! And if you really want to boost those benefits, try:
👣 Grounding - Walk barefoot in nature or use conductive systems to absorb Earth’s electrons.
🌲 Forest Bathing - Is a technique using all five senses while spending time in a forest.
