For the past few months, I've been diving head first into FPV drone videography and everything that goes into that...

As a result, I haven't been spending much time with my poi. However, after picking them back up after a while, I'm reminded just how important embodiment is.
Embodiment is an ESSENTIAL aspect of mindfulness.

Spinning poi is not something I do to earn a living or for ig clout... it's medicine. It forces me out of my head and into my body. It reminds me to play, and experience the beauty of living in the present moment.
Having a platform to share my process and actively work to create something beautiful and hopefully inspiring is only a bonus 🌈💞🌈
