Jumping on this opportunity put together by @dizzydynamic @manicfocus  @hulaweenfl @moodhoops and @namicommunicate to share what flow arts means to me. (Not sure if this is just for hoopers but they're making a donation for every entry so what the heck 🤷‍♂️)

Flow is about cultivating awareness. When my sense of "being" and "doing" collide in a moment of total engagement, I am given an opportunity to witness my conceptual self from a new perspective. 
"I think, therefore I think I am." 
My dream is to utilize this understanding of optimal experience in the mental health world and provide psychosomatic treatment  for recovery from addiction or trauma.
I have a long way to go before being able to narrow down and implement this approach, but the potential is there!

#lostinadigitalworld is speaking to the chaos that inevitably has to be integrated into our self concept. One of the biggest benefits of flow is play. This track is called "It's Random" and I think that being able to disassociate one's self from the chaos to take a moment for play is an incredibly powerful tool for healing.
