In 1918, Bonnie and Livingston Paulk arrived in Union Springs, Alabama with little more than a dream and a deep love for the land. They planted cabbage, hauled the young plants to town in a buggy, and the rest is history. What started as a backyard garden grew into a legacy that has supported generations of gardeners. 🌿
