## Caption

Some 63 million U.S. adults are unpaid caregivers, regularly providing extra help to family members or friends with health conditions or disabilities. Now available in digital form, the exhibition In Care Of: Postcard-Sized Portrayals of Caregiving in Wisconsin brings awareness to this crucial—but sometimes invisible—role and aims to help caregivers feel less alone.

Originally on display as a physical exhibition in Nancy Nicholas Hall, In Care Of offers a glimpse into the complex emotional landscape of family caregiving through anonymously submitted postcards and provides vital context through research and supportive resources. It was created by Human Development & Family Studies Associate Professor Kristin Litzelman and family caregiver Kristin Voss, in collaboration with the Nancy M.
