A round of applause👏 for Amanda Henckel, @amandahenckel, #IA major in #UWSoHE for #NationalInternDay!🎉  Amanda is an intern at Lerdahl where she works closely with a group of designers and assists them with material selection and designing floor plan options to send to clients. 

Amanda states that, "I love❤️ that the designers believe in me and allow me to work closely with them and their clients. My mentors and cheerleaders include Emma, Maddie, Sydney, Amaya, Maly and Michaela and many more within the office."

"I found my internship through a friend that has worked there. My advice is that during interviews, just be yourself!👍 Don’t be afraid to mention your interests within design, but also beyond design."
