We're excited to showcase one of our amazing🌟 #UWSoHE interns, Annika Bilitz @Annika_Bilitz, #CBMS major for #NationalInternDay!🎉 Annika is a marketing intern at RE/MAX Shine @remaxshine.

Annika is responsible for all of Shine's Social Media pages. This includes creating posts that embody the Shine identity, while adhering to all real estate guidelines. Annika loves❤️ the creative freedom that she has at her internship and she absolutely loves her team👥! Annika explains that everyone has been so welcoming and has continued to support her throughout. She mentions that Adriane, Michelle, and Jen are fantastic mentors in her office.😀

Annika landed her internship through Networking!🗨️ She knew one of the agents since high school and immediately connected once she saw the posting. Annika explains, "Initially, the internship hunt for me was a little difficult😩, but I think I was being picky and not taking advantage of all of SoHE's resources‼️ It was a blessing that they needed an intern exactly as I was looking because it worked out perfectly😀. The advice I would give others is to not be afraid to put yourself out there! Working within the real estate world has only reinforced the importance of building relationships, your sphere, and selling yourself. You are amazing at what you do! Do not be afraid to let others know that. I would also say take advantage👍 of every opportunity you receive, even if it is not exactly what you are looking for. Rejection happens but that is not a bad thing! It brings you one step🚶‍♂️ closer to where you are meant to be."
