in 2017, chance the rapper debuted a new song called first world problems with daniel caesar — live on late night with stephen colbert

he shared after the fact that he was supposed to perform grown a** kid, but that at last minute he had to pull back and come up with something new

i've been listening to this song on soundcloud for yeeears now though, and i still can't believe it never came out on streaming

what could've been, but i'm still grateful we got to hear it at all — it's even crazier that it took only two days for them to make too 🫂
