Bryan Alvarez didn’t hold back his confusion regarding Finn Balor’s absence from the Royal Rumble.

On the Bryan & Vinny Show, Alvarez criticized the booking logic surrounding the “go-home” episode of Raw. The show ended with Balor laying out CM Punk and standing tall, angry that Adam Pearce told him the Rumble was “full” despite only 15 men being announced at the time.

“That’s your go-home angle for the Royal Rumble? A guy is standing tall who is not on the show or in the Rumble? Why the f*** would you end the show like that?” Alvarez said.

He also addressed fans who had argued with him throughout the week, insisting Balor would be added on SmackDown or would attack someone to steal their spot.

“I didn’t see him added to a match with CM Punk... I didn’t see him come out and take somebody out and take their spot,” Alvarez stated. “I didn’t see him on the show at all”.
