## Caption

Yocheved Gold was 13 when Nazi officials asked her to hand flowers to Hitler at the 1936 Olympics. She refused. 

She later helped found Kibbutz Saad, worked 40 years as a nurse, and survived the horrors of Oct 7 at age 100.

She passed away at 102 - a Jewish hero who never backed down. May her memory be a blessing.
