It’s extremely helpful to have access to pro level instruction and coaching for defense; however, not everyone has the resources for that🤷🏻‍♂️ One suggestion on ways to improve without having a personal trainer is to simply take defensive reps with a smaller glove than your game glove☝🏽 Here’s a few ground balls from MY GUYY🤩 ryderkelly_10 demonstrating how it feels to use the Valle Training K-47 model for the first time.
