A picture is worth a thousand words, and Alkemy X Executive Producer, Nick Pitcavage has something to say for his #LabDay!
____________________________________________________________________________

I’ve had a camera at my disposal since I started collage and always seem to be filming or photographing something in my spare time. Not that I have a super refined style, but I consistently use a single light source with bounce lighting, or purely natural light. Even when I’m setting up a portrait, I like for things to feel vérité. I prefer to shoot with fully manual prime lenses. Enjoy!

Here are a few of my personal favs from the past year.

Disney; trapped in a gondola at golden hour.
Leica; experimental shots from a 1935 Leica Summar. The lens has a swirled bokeh effect that I wanted to dial in.
Griffith Park; dusk at Griffith Park, kids looking at Saturn through a telescope.
Lucky Well; shots from a private dinner at the Lucky Well with Chef Chad Rosenthal
