Final lifting moves are so important.
This is our final chance to lift the face.

On a personal note, I realize how funny I sound when I get excited.
But this is unedited footage  you see and hear exactly what’s happening inside the training:)

I know many of you guys appreciate this kind of footage, and I do too.
It’s rough. It’s real. And it’s fun.

Final moves are always allegro.
They’re dynamic by design.
The goal is to bring blood flow to the superficial layers of the face, to the capillaries, and to the skin 
and to create that beautiful, healthy
