#FloydMayweather is suing Showtime and former Showtime Sports president #StephenEspinoza, claiming they helped his longtime advisor #AlHaymon misappropriate more than $340 million from his boxing earnings.

In a lawsuit filed in California and obtained by TMZ Sports, Mayweather says he is seeking to recover more than $340 million in missing funds, along with punitive damages. He alleges Haymon diverted a significant portion of his career earnings over more than a decade, with “substantial aid and participation” from Showtime and Espinoza. Notably, Haymon is not named as a defendant.

According to the suit, Mayweather claims money from major fights — including bouts against Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor — was sent to accounts allegedly controlled by Haymon instead of directly to him. Years later, when Mayweather switched managers and requested Showtime’s financial records, he claims the network said the documents were either inaccessible or “lost in a flood.”

Mayweather is suing Showtime and Espinoza for aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, civil conspiracy, fraud, conversion, and unjust enrichment. He says the money remains unaccounted for.
