Just imagine: you’re out parkrunning on what seems like any other Saturday morning, when suddenly, a cheer comes not from just anyone… but from the King himself.

That was the scene on Saturday 31 January at Sandringham parkrun, when King Charles III made a surprise appearance for #WorldCancerDay to cheer parkrunners and give the event a truly royal seal of approval 👑
