🏀🏟️ Saturday’s #CrossoveratKinnick at the University of Iowa's Kinnick Stadium set the record for fan attendance at a women’s basketball game, as 55,646 fans packed the Hawkeyes football stadium to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball team faceoff against DePaul University.

Several student-athletes with IHSA roots were a part of the experience for both teams, including Iowa starter Kate Martin, who led Edwardsville to a Class 4A runner-up finish in 2017, and Anaya Peoples, who led DePaul with 19 points and is a two-time state champ from Schlarman Academy (2018 & 2019).
