Thank you swimming

Thank you for bringing me joy, challenging me, and molding me into the person I am today. Thank you for teaching me about discipline, sacrifice, teamwork, leadership, dedication, motivation, and so much more. But most importantly thank you for bringing so many amazing teammates, coaches, and friends into my life.

To @packswimdive , Braden, Dino, and the rest of the coaches thank you for taking a chance on me 5 years ago I wouldn’t have wanted to spend them anywhere else. To @swimncac , CB, and all the other coaches that instilled lessons of work ethic, technique, and much more to me in club thank you. To my teammates thank you pushing me, putting up with my arguing with coaches, supporting and inspiring me, and most of all for liking my memes. To my family thank you for the countless mornings and the constant love and support.

My career was one of many ups and downs, challenges, stories, failures, victories and it wouldn’t have been possible with the roster limitations that have emerged this year. Swimming needs our support now or else the beauty and benefit of it will be lost to so many. And while my time in the pool is coming to an end I am happy to announce that I will be sticking around the sport that I love, as a coach. See you on the deck, lilo out.
