now, this run was finished by a beast but that cut has been programmed, trained, and manipulated time and time again. this is what they mean what they say muscle memory. during training i always display the drill, the athlete always walk through the drills, i explain more after the walk through, they may walk through again (at a different speed), THEN WE GET ACTIVE
