please to be apart of a movement for female athletes & the flag football as a sport, entering the olympics. thank you coachlocks x welter47 x grrridirongirls for hosting the first camp in Terpsville for women’s flag football, and i know it will not the be last!

i had the please to coach a few running back workouts - introducing a new life to some athletes and a friendly reminder to many. hand offs, running behind your pads with knee drive, and emphasis on Finishing each drills (by finishing in the end zone)
