As they say, we all make choices 😉

Seriously though, I could not be trusted to coach myself. I also just love that I can open up my schedule and see what’s there and then do it. No second guessing myself, no decision fatigue trying to decide what the right thing is to do for the day. I go into every race feeling confident that I’m as prepared as I could be.
Of course I have to make adjustments sometimes, but having a plan is key.
