Mascots In 60 Seconds is a fast-paced series exploring the stories, symbols and meanings behind iconic Paralympic mascots from past and present Games.

In this episode, we meet Alpy, the official Paralympic mascot of the Tignes Albertville 1992 Paralympic Winter Games.

Inspired by the Grande Motte mountain in France, Alpy became the first-ever Winter Paralympic mascot, standing on a mono ski to represent the athletes competing at the Games.
