1. Moved in the new studio 
2. Presented for the Emirates FA Cup Round 3 
3. Worked out everyday in January 
4. Ran a marathon and a half marathon
5. Hired 2 new staff 
6. Brit awards 
7. Finished 3 books
8. Signed up for my 100km race 
9. Hyrox with couture club
10. Ran 146km total in January
