👉🏼 STOPPED DOING THINGS I DIDN’T ENJOY - we all have to start somewhere and that involves taking almost anyone that will sit in our chair, but when I went on my own I changed that and started to only do blonding and extensions

👉🏼 USED INSTAGRAM - it’s literally free advertising! even if a large following isn’t your goal, use it to post what you want in your chair and they will come!

👉🏼 CUT BACK - I started focusing more on quality clients over quantity, yes this weeded a lot out but it let me spend the time on the clients I enjoyed doing (and is way less stressful!)

👉🏼 CHARGE YOUR WORTH! - I changed my pricing structure to hourly, which was a lot more expensive, did I lose some? yes, but that’s ok! you will gain the ones who appreciate and value your time and talent! 👏🏼
