Considered one of the oldest meats of civilized man, ham is an outstanding source of vitamin B1, iron, riboflavin, niacin, phosphorus and calcium.

FUN FACT: Chicago artist Dwight Kalb made a sculpture of Madonna—and sent it to David Letterman. 🤔
