No matter what age a defender is… Approaches are the most important thing in team defense and in a one on one. Many 1v1’s are often lost due to the approach. Team defense is often broken due to a bad approach.  Keep your drills, simple and easy, that way you piece them together like a fine song.  I found that my POWERhour series has been incredible at making kids get better fast.  24+ years I’ve been doing this on the defensive side.  I can’t wait for what the future holds. #TheOG
