Lea is a Mentor, and Executive Director of Under My Wing Incorporated where she facilitates monthly group discussions with girls in the Greater Milwaukee area on social-emotional learning and development. Over the last 10 years, through her dedication to mentoring, she has created healthy relationships with black and brown girls, with a focus on character building, relationship building, and life skills!
