The quiet MVP of Super Bowl Sunday. 🥒 Low effort, high reward, and heavy on the pickles. This is the kind of dip that doesn’t make it to the fourth quarter.

🥣 Ingredients

¾ cup roughly chopped dill pickles
8 oz Organic Sour Cream or Organic Whole Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, finely grated
1 small lemon, zested
Kosher salt, to taste
2–4 Tbsp roughly chopped pickled jalapeños
¼ cup roughly chopped fresh dill and chives
Extra fresh herbs, for topping

🥄 Instructions

In a medium bowl, stir together the chopped pickles, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Fold in the pickled jalapeños, dill, and chives until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then transfer to a serving bowl and top with extra herbs before serving.
