What I learned on my mat pt. too many to count 😌 

I find so much peace in discomfort in the asanas on my mat knowing that on the other side of that is freedom .. we are rewiring our minds on how to handle stress on and off our mat 

When we realize your mat is a mirror for how you live, react, respond off the mat we begin to not rush through the poses or the mind to seek freedom it comes naturally with ease .. there is no more forcing we are returning back to our inner knowing
